Use this form to request Board Meeting materials including:

  • Board Meeting Agendas
  • Board Meeting Packets
  • Ethics & Fiscal Training Records

If you sign up to receive Board Meeting Agendas or Board Meeting Packets, your request will apply to all regular board meetings for the rest of the calendar year. Requests will need to be renewed annually. Materials are sent electronically by email.
